I just can’t wait for my stuff! When can I expect to receive it?

We’re happy you’re happy to receive your order, and we’re also happy to get it shipped to its new home (that’s a lot of happy!). Orders placed before 12 pm CST will be placed that day, any order after will be shipped the following day. That means you can expect your item to be processed within 12-24 hours and shipped within 1 to 2 days.

 

Once it’s in the mail (bon voyage!), here’s what you can expect:

Who’s shipping my order?

Even though you might have made a purchase through a Scout, Troupe manages all inventory, transactions, commission payouts, and shipping.

 

Do you ship internationally?

That’s the goal! But for now, we ship exclusively within the 50 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when it comes to shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico.

We’re trying to be perfect closer to home so we can better serve our friends abroad. Although, we can’t wait to meet you!

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer two different shipping options via UPS depending on how eager you are to get your new swag:

  • Standard (3-7 business days): $4.50
  • Rush (1-2 business days): $25

Don’t forget, standard shipping is free on all orders of $50 or more!

 

I’m having problems tracking my order ☹

Oh no! We want you to be happy and get your stuff asap, but plz give us 1 – 2 business days to get your tracking information to you. If you haven’t received an updated link, you can hit us up at TroupeHQ@troupebeauty.com so we can make you happy.

 

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is being sent to the wrong shipping address, plz email us asap at TroupeHQ@troupebeauty.com so we can check if there’s still time to change it.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

Of course! We gladly accept returns of unused items within 14 days of receipt.

 

I ordered from Troupe and my item was damaged!

Although we always do a quality check before shipping, things do happen that are difficult to control between the time a box leaves our warehouse and gets to its new home.

Quick heads up – you’ll be eligible for a refund on any items but original shipping charges won’t be refunded.

 

How do I go about making a return?

It’s easy! Follow our returns link by clicking here. You’ll need your order confirmation number which you can find in your user account or the email address you used to make your purchase.

 

When can I expect to see a refund?

As soon as we receive your order at our warehouse, you’ll get a confirmation email in a jiffy. From there we’ll process your return and will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days. Plz, keep in mind that sometimes the timing is up to your bank or credit provider!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We’re working on more options!

 

Can I cancel or change my order? Oops!

Regretting your purchase decision or having second thoughts about something in your basket? Contact us at Troupe HQ asap and we’ll see what we can do. If orders have been sent to our warehouse, we are unable to change or cancel it.

Check out our return options instead. We’re sure we’ll still make you happy.

 

My order got damaged on its way to me. What’s next?

We’re sorry! Sometimes things get damaged on their way to their new home. Shoot us a note to TroupeHQ@troupebeauty.com and we’ll get it fixed up ‘ril quick.

 

Help! I received the wrong item in my order!

BILLING

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

 

Can I remove a saved payment method?

Yes! You can manage it through your account, but if you can’t figure it out, please reach out to us at TroupeHQ@troupebeauty.com.

 

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

 

Is your card expired?

Double-check your card expiration. Your credit card company what share it with us because it’s a super-secret thing that they do to protect you.

 

Sales Tax

Troupe collects sales tax in all 50 states. This will be automatically added to your cart at checkout.

PRODUCTS

When do products expire?

Every formula is different and because we have so many different brands on Troupe, it’s best to refer to brand packaging. If you flip the product upside down, there’s sometimes an icon (a lil’ open lid) with the use-by date after opening. As a general rule of thumb, you should def toss a product if it’s been open after a year.
